We Stand in Solidarity with all Advocates of Palestine and Reject the Biased and Unfair Targeting by Media Agencies
More than 200 Muslim organisations, joined by non-Muslim groups, and individuals, have endorsed a Public Statement of Support.
The statement emphasises solidarity with advocates for Palestine and the Palestinian People, rejecting the biased and unfair reporting and targeting by some media agencies.
These organisations and individuals express strong opposition to the negative portrayal of Palestinian advocates and leaders, advocating for a fair and accurate representation of the Palestinian cause and current events.
The statement also urges media agencies, journalists, and reporters to commit to the core values of journalism, and uphold journalistic standards of integrity, transparency, and rigour, emphasising the importance of contributing to the nation’s social cohesion, especially during critical times.
